FALL BUCKET LIST

September is here and that means fall is about to be in full swing. The temps may be dropping but thats nothing a cute cozy sweater won’t fix. Haunted houses, pumpkin patches and wine festivals are a few of my favorite traditions. I’ve put together an October Bucket list that you can follow to get you in the holiday spirit, enjoy!

Apple Picking

One of my newest favorite traditions is apple picking! We went a bit late in the season so a lot of the apples had already been picked last year but I’m looking forward to going again this year. For us thought it was really a great chance to spend some time together as a family and take a bunch of cute pics!

Pumpkin Patch

Pumpkin patches are the best and most festival holiday tradition. Just think of all the photo ops! Spend the day with your loved ones, taking photos, picking pumpkins , exploring a corn maze and drinking cider, you won’t regret the memories.

Carve Pumpkins

After you’ve picked your pumpkins its time to carve them! You’re never too old to carve pumpkins! Create something traditional or hit up Pinterest for some inspiration. See what kind of fun and festive decorations you can come up with for your casa!

Go to a Haunted House

Throw on your cutest and coziest fall look and spend a night out with friends, visiting your local haunted house or hay ride. Finish the night off with some warm apple cider or a Carmel apple.

Attend a Wine Festival or Winery

One of my all time favorite fall activities is going to wine festivals. Living on the shore there are a ton of amazing wineries and even more wine festivals. I love getting to try out different wine’s and different wineries, especially with a group of friends!

Watch Halloween Movies

Whether you’re a scary movie lover or someone who prefers the Disney editions, there are so many options out there. Here are some of my favorites: Halloween Town, Friday the 13th and Hocus Pocus.

Have a bonfire

Not into haunted houses? No worries. Stock up on s’more essentials and invite your friends over for a bonfire! You could even serve a warm, fall inspired cocktail. My favorite is a spiked apple cider.

Happy Fall!
